3. Bookings and Enquiries

Submitting a contact form or enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Enouting and any applicable payment or deposit as agreed between the parties.

Enouting reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are communicated individually at the time of booking confirmation. As a general principle:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the experience date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 7–14 days in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the experience are non-refundable

Enouting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to circumstances beyond its control (weather, venue unavailability, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Enouting takes all reasonable care to ensure that experiences are delivered safely and as described. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enouting is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in our experiences
• Third-party venues, transport, or services forming part of a tour
• Any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Health and Safety

Our experiences involve wine tasting and, in some cases, travel between locations. By booking with us, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence and in Italy (18 years or older). Guests are responsible for their own safety and must inform us of any relevant health conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations prior to their experience.
