Planning a trip to Italy usually means dozens of open tabs, conflicting advice and opening hours that turn out to be wrong. Our trip planning service replaces all of that with one conversation. We are a Verona-based team, and we design your northern Italy itinerary personally — wine, food, cities and lakes: Verona itself, Valpolicella, Soave, Bardolino, Lake Garda, and day trips to Venice.
It starts with a personal consultation about your dates, your pace and what you care about most. From that we build a day-by-day plan in which every experience is not just suggested but arranged: winery visits booked at estates that only receive by appointment, restaurant tables reserved, transfers scheduled, timings checked against real opening days. During the trip itself, our team is a WhatsApp message away.
One honest note, because the words "travel agent" mean different things: we are not a flight or hotel booking agency. We design the trip and arrange every experience, transfer and table ourselves, and we recommend hotels we know personally so you can book them directly. The design fee is quoted individually and credited in full when you book your experiences with us — so if you travel with us, the planning effectively costs nothing extra.
