Lake Garda is Italy's largest lake — and one of its best-kept culinary secrets. Sheltered by the Alps to the north and warmed by a near-Mediterranean microclimate, its western shores produce an extra virgin olive oil of extraordinary quality: delicate, light, and with a distinctive slightly almond-flavored profile that sets it apart from anywhere else in Italy.
This experience begins with a guided olive oil tasting at a selected producer, where you will learn to distinguish quality, provenance, and terroir in every drop. From there, the journey continues to a carefully chosen winery for a tasting of Lake Garda's elegant wines — including the crisp Bardolino and the refined Lugana.
The day closes in the most Italian way possible: a proper aperitivo, with local products, good wine, and the lake shimmering in the background. An experience for those who believe that great food and wine are inseparable from the land that produces them.
