Dennis Rossetti

I graduated from high school in Agronomy studies. I got into wine because I grew up close to vineyards. When I was teenager, I started with vineyard work at private winery in Valpolicella. Then, when I finished my studies I went to abroad and I worked at Porto winery in London. After that, I returned to Italy and I remained with both vineyard work and winemaking at Soave winery in Verona.

After studying Oenology and becoming Sommelier under the Italian Sommelier Assosiation (AIS), I've spent 3 years working as Assistant Head Sommelier for China Tang at The Dorchester, into one of the most iconic 5* luxury hotels in London where I've achieved the 3rd level of the Wine and Spirits Educations Trust (WSET).
